RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you are not completely satisfied with an item, please contact us within 15 days of original purchase with the following information:

  • Your order or invoice number
  • the reason for your return

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with all original labels in place.

If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange nor a credit note. Only regular priced items may be exchanged for a store credit. No refunds.

If pilling is a concern, ask for our "anti-pill" viscose knit. This is the only knit we can guarantee will not pill because the fabric has been pre-treated.

Sale items, special ordered items, customized/altered items are final sale. 

We are an independently owned, small boutique of hand-made goods and services. We delight in giving all our clients our time and expertise to shop and feel confident in their purchases.  We do not offer refunds for our goods or services. We offer exchanges and if you don't find anything (very rare, but it happens!) we will gladly issue a store credit towards a future purchase.
